Hi
I am rather new to "blogging" (in fact this is my first ever blog entry). So by way of introductions I am an animal behaviourist working in the UK. The idea of this blog as it evolves over time is to provide readers with information and my personal observations of animal behaviour both in the wild, captivity and in the human built environment. My personal specialisation is cynology (the study of the domestic dog living in the human built environment). I also am a member of the ZSL (http://www.zsl.org) and regularly go to our 2 zoos in Regents Park (ZLS London Zoo) and Whipsnade to study a number of animals in captivity. Of particular interest to me at the moment is human dog interactions and behavioural patterns in the domestic setting.
Watch this space in the coming months.
Best Regards
Chris
